As part of my erasmus teacher exchange between Aalto University, Department of Media and the Computational Art class at UdK Berlin, I worked to together with Sara Hildebrand Marques Lopes on a chip interpretations set based on the oulipo movement,
a loose gathering of […] writers and mathematicians which seeks to create works using constrained writing techniques.
In our performance, we manipulate texts according to the several oulipo rules for text manipulation. At each keystroke, the currently written text is character by character translated into a set of commands for the BetaBlocker chip.
