Find a spot with soft inviting moss, a cool glacier lake or any other surface that you feel comfortable to put your face into.

Lay down on your belly and press your face against the surface. Depending on the material you put your face into, breath in and out.

Hold the position for several minutes (in case you are able to breath), or for however is comfortable to you in case you are not able to breath. Reflect on your experience, possibly with others.
